Our purpose consists on conserving and transmitting San Andrés´ customs and gastronomy through educative action and cultural entertainment.

Our perspective lies in the encouragement of touristic activity in San Andrés Cholula in order to promote social and economic investment to propel development and growth of the CIHUAME association and the restoration of the Ex Convento de San Dieguino.
